As Co-op Academy Delius pupil numbers and sites have increased in size over recent years the academy is now recruiting an additional Deputy Headteacher to join the current Senior Leadership Team.
You’ll have significant successful experience in leadership and management of a specialist setting. Your knowledge of The Code of Practice will be strong and you will be able to implement systems and processes that will ensure statutory requirements are met effectively. You’ll have a passion for primary SEND curriculum and a desire to ensure that all pupils receive the best possible education. You’ll be an experienced leader with the knowledge to lead school improvement.
Co-op Academy Delius is a successful special school provision which meets the needs of pupils with a range of additional needs aged 2-11 years.
