We are looking for an enthusiastic and resilient individual, who is an excellent communicator, to work with pupils, parents and staff to deliver behaviour support across our school. 

The roles, responsibilities and requirements for this post include:

  • To play a key role within the inclusion team to support positive behaviour across the academy
  • To implement and monitor behaviour management strategies
  • To work with pupils, parents, carers and staff regarding pupil behaviour
