St Anne’s Catholic Primary School is looking to appoint a friendly and enthusiastic lunchtime supervisor, starting 18th September 2025, or as soon as possible after that date. Join our well-established and supportive team of educational professionals in our school, which was rated as good by Ofsted in December 2022, and make a positive impact on the learning journey of our children.

Key Responsibilities:
The primary objectives of the role are:

• Responsibility for supervising children both in the dining hall and playground.
• Leading play activities and ensuring the safety and wellbeing of all our children around the school building and playground.
• Developing social skills during meal times, and leading activities and dealing with behavioural issues on the playground.
• To encourage children to treat each other with respect and to always follow the school’s behaviour policy.
• Have a calm, positive and patient manner.
• Motivate and encourage pupils.
• Be committed to working in accordance with our curriculum approaches and expectations
• Show dedication to our school.
