We are looking for a Learning Support Assistant who has the drive, relevant skills and commitment to improve outcomes for all children, whilst also ensuring that their wellbeing is at the forefront of everything that they do.

Riddlesden St Mary's is an innovative, nurturing school with a strong and supportive team.
We are looking for a Learning Support Assistant who has:
- Resilience, patience, compassion and understanding
- An ability to be proactive, creative and empathetic
- To be able to follow detailed Behaviour Support Plans (BSP's), whilst using their own initiative
- Ability to adapt learning to increase interaction
- Be flexible, positive and have a can-do attitude
- Have a minimum of NVQ level 2 for Teaching Assistants/GCSE Grade C Maths & English (or equivalent) or have good levels of literacy and numeracy
- Have the ability to work as part of and contribute to the school team
