37 hours per week (all year round)
Salary range – Grade 7 points 11-17 (£21,748 to £24,491 pa)
plus Out of Hours Allowance £2,250 pa

To lead, develop and implement all facilities services and Health and Safety procedures which support the work of the schools in collaboration with leadership as appropriate.  This will include the day-to-day management of cleaning staff, the oversight of outside contractors on-site, and ensuring that the school is a safe and secure environment.

We are looking for a reliable and enthusiastic individual to join our Facilities team and support our two Primary schools in Keighley in ensuring the environments are safe, clean and compliant for all.

You will need to be willing to go above and beyond in terms of delivering a high quality effective service for all users of the school building and premises. The successful candidates will assist in ensuring that the pupils, staff and visitors to the schools have a pleasant, safe and suitable environment in which to learn, work and enjoy.
