Site Manager: All Year Round
37 hours per week (Start and finish times to be agreed) Monday to Friday (30 minute lunch break)
The role will not be split shifts however if this is preferred this would be considered
Salary: Band 7 - £21,748-£24,491

Home Farm Primary School is a 2 form entry school on the outskirts of Bradford. We wish to appoint a site manager to maintain our school premises and grounds to a high standard.
The successful candidate will have experience and knowledge of building maintenance and Health and Safety regulations.
We are looking for someone who:
- Has NVQ 2 in any of the following electrics, plumbing or joinery would be desirable
- Is hardworking and reliable
- Takes pride in their work
- Has a positive ‘can do’ attitude and is pro active
- Is able to work using their initiative but also under direction
