We are a one-form community school in the Baildon area of Bradford. We are child-centered in approach, with a strong reputation for nurture and a love of learning outdoors in our extensive wooded grounds.

We are looking for a strong and experienced classroom teacher with the ability to coach others – preferably with experience in Key Stage Two. The role will carry a part-time classroom teaching responsibility, as that is where good leaders make the most difference!

You will need to have experience of leading improvement across school and raising standards, whilst working supportively as part of a team. The ability or desire to lead SEND and Inclusion in general would be an advantage.
