Cover Supervisor 14.25 hours per week, salary band 8 (Scp 17 – 22)
Term time only

Vacancy Information
Hoyle Court Primary school is a good school situated in the Baildon area of our city. Our modern school building is well resourced and maintains high levels of staffing and support for pupils.
We are seeking to appoint an experienced HLTA/Cover Supervisor to complement the professional work of teachers by undertaking cover responsibility for whole classes to cover ppa, teacher release time and absence. Should no cover be required, there will be other agreed duties to support the school as directed by their line manager.
The successful candidate will need to be an enthusiastic, flexible individual showing professionalism at all times, with good administrative and organisational skills. Good literacy, numeracy and IT skills are essential. We are a welcoming and supportive school community in Baildon.
Candidates should have the following attributes:
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills
- Proven ability to lead whole class teaching and organise learning tasks
- Problem-solving, planning and decision-making skills
- The ability to work under pressure and remain organised whilst managing a diverse, demanding workload and meeting strict deadlines
