Nursery Manager
£27,000 - £30,000 (dependant onexperience)
Full Time - Permanent 

We are looking for an experienced and capable manager that has over 3 years managerial experience and can provide a high standard of care placed within our setting. You will be required to have exceptional safeguarding knowledge to care for the children within the nursery.

The successful candidate will also be responsible for training, overall safety of the staff and children, recruitment needs and general management of the nursery.

We are looking for someone who has had experience with outside agencies such as Health visitors and Social workers.

We are looking for someone who has had previous experience with Ofsted and has a detailed understanding of the requirements set by Ofsted. Also has a wide knowledge of the EYFS and is able to support staff to meet the requirements of this.

We are looking for someone with exceptional communication skills and who are able to build good relationships with the staff and the children.

We are looking for someone with good organisational skills and good time management, and can meet the deadlines that are set.

We are looking for someone who has the experience of recruitment and will follow the correct procedure for this.

Experience:

• Managerial : 3 years (Required)
• Childcare: 3 years (Required)

Licence:

• NVQ Level 3 or above in Childcare (Required)
