Salary: Band 6 - SCP 6-11, dependent on experience

8.30am - 3.15pm, Monday to Friday (term-time only)

We are seeking an empathetic, resilient, and dedicated Learning Support Assistant (LSA) to join our specialist team.

In this role, you will work predominantly within the SEMH Resourced Provision, providing 1:1 and small-group support to pupils facing significant emotional and behavioral challenges. You will act as a consistent, trusted adult, helping students build confidence, manage feelings, and re-engage with their education.
