We are seeking to appoint a Special Educational Needs Co-ordinator (SENCO).

We need a SENCO who is:
Able to demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work with a range of staff to improve learning
Able to work in partnership with parents/carers and the wider community including external agencies
Able to determine the strategic development of special educational needs and disability (SEND) policy and provision in the school.
Responsible for day-to-day operation of the SEND policy and co-ordination of specific provision to support individual pupils with SEND.
Able to provide professional guidance to colleagues, working closely with staff, parents and other agencies.
Enthusiastic and forward thinking
Well organised and creative
The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate:

The ability to work well both independently and as part of a team
