Level 2 or 3 Teaching Assistant in Early Years at Worth Valley Primary School
32.5 hours per week, fixed term contract until 31st October 2027
Required to start as soon as possible
Salary: Band 5 SCP 4 - 6 (Depending on Experience)

Vacancy Information
We are seeking to appoint an experienced and motivated Level 2 or 3 Teaching Assistant, who feels that they are able to make a real difference to the children here at Worth Valley. We are keen to hear from individuals who will support our aims and ethos and who will work as part of a friendly team, enabling individual children to reach their full potential.
Required skills:
- Be enthusiastic, well-motivated and committed to raising standards
- Be well organised, friendly, and flexible team players, with good interpersonal skills
- Demonstrate an interest and aptitude for working creatively and using their own initiative and ideas
- Demonstrate recent experience of either working or volunteering in primary schools
- Have a commitment to their own professional development
- Support our school in our strong commitment to safeguarding children
- Excellent team player with a positive outlook and a good sense of humour
