We are seeking to appoint a dynamic, enthusiastic and committed individual to join our team of Teaching Assistants. The role will involve supporting learning in the classroom, leading interventions and supporting small group and 1:1 learning.

The Successful applicant will need:

• At least two years’ experience of working with children, preferably in a classroom setting

• A calm and caring nature

• A flexible approach and the ability to use their initiative

• The ability to work successfully as part of a team

• A champion for children 

• Excellence communication skills

• An understanding of pedagogy or someone who demonstrates the ability and drive to learn

• Experience of delivering phonic interventions
