From EYFS all the way through Year 6, you will be a vital driver of learning, stepping up with complete professionalism and confidence to lead whole-class teaching during planned PPA time and lesson cover. Working hand-in-hand with our brilliant staff, you will foster a deep love of learning while building a safe, supportive space where every single pupil can thrive.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Leading with Energy: Bringing lessons to life across EYFS through Year 6, sparking wonder and inspiring pupils to ask big questions.
• Building Independent Learners: Championing self-belief and social inclusion, giving children the tools and confidence to take ownership of their own success.
• Supporting the Whole Child: Creating a safe, gentle, and encouraging classroom culture where pupils learn to bounce back from setbacks and tackle challenges with confidence.
• Leading by Example: Modelling warmth, consideration, and strong moral character in every interaction, whether leading a class or working behind the scenes.

• Bring out the best in children: Build trusted, positive relationships with ease across whole classes, small intervention groups, and one-on-one sessions.
• Empathise and uplift: Bring a gentle touch and proven experience guiding vulnerable learners, meeting them with patience to help them overcome obstacles and achieve real breakthroughs.
