Working Pattern: Term Time Only

Hours: 34 hours per week

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 3:30pm (including a 30-minute unpaid lunch break each day and attendance at a weekly staff meeting on Mondays)

Sandy Lane Primary School is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant who is passionate about supporting children’s learning and development, and who thrives in a friendly, collaborative school environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supporting classroom teachers in delivering engaging learning experiences
  • Assisting with the supervision and development of pupils
  • Providing additional support to children with special educational needs
  • Helping maintain a positive and productive learning environment

We are looking for someone who:

  • Has a genuine passion for working with children and supporting their development
  • Is patient, adaptable, and a strong team player
  • Has experience in a school setting
