Salary: Grade C Points 4 to 6 (£25,185 to £25,989 Full Time Equivalent) subject to pro rata. The minimum actual pro rata salary per annum for this job starts at £15,756.89
Hours: 27.5 hours per week / Term Time only (38 weeks)

Ryecroft Primary Academy are looking to appoint two Teaching Care Assistants to join our academy in September 2026 on a part time, temporary basis.

Your new role
As a Teaching / Care Assistant, you will provide one to one personal support for pupils with additional needs. You will provide special educational and/or medical support to ensure their successful engagement with and access to learning. You will need to maintain professional records and appropriate notes in relation to the individual pupil.

The staff at Ryecroft ensure this by providing exciting lessons, guidance and support so our pupils can develop as happy, well-balanced individuals who can make the right decisions for themselves.
The academy is a smaller than average primary school catering for pupils from our Early Years Foundation Stage, through Key Stage 1 and into Key Stage 2. There are currently 281 pupils on roll, including 24 part time Nursery pupils and 11 part time 2-year-olds.
The school is situated in the community of Holmewood Bradford.
