Salary: Hourly rate £14.77

33.75 hours per week term time only, 39 weeks

Woodroyd Nursery and Children’s Centre is an independent nursery and are currently seeking an enthusiastic Room Leader to join our team of Ofsted judged Outstanding practitioners.

You will be employed as Senior Early Years Practitioner / Room Lead in our preschool room. You will be responsible for the daily running of the room ensuring that safeguarding and health and safety is maintained.

You will take responsibility for the planning, delivery and monitoring of care, play and learning opportunities for children aged 3-5 years. 

You will support staff in implementing the EYFS in to your rooms daily routine, observing children and their development and providing next steps to ensure that children's learning is continuously improving.

As the Senior Early Years Practitioner/Room Leader you will supervise and manage staff ensuring outstanding Ofsted standards are maintained.
