Part Time Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) - 2 Days (actual days mutually agreed)
PPA Cover Years 1-3, Fixed term for two years.
Scale: Band 7, SCP 11-17 Actual Salary: £9,887.00 - £10,889.00
Hours: 2 days per week, Term time plus 2 days. 8:15am to 3:30pm, with a 45-minute lunch break.

Clayton St John CofE Primary School is looking for a HLTA to cover PPA for 2 days per week. Actual days to be mutually agreed.

To complement the professional work of teachers by taking responsibility for e.g., Literacy and Better Reading programmes under an agreed system of supervision. This may involve planning, preparing and delivering learning activities for individuals/groups or short term for whole classes and monitoring students and assessing, recording and reporting on students’ achievement, progress and development.
