Part-time Maternity cover

11 hours per week - Monday & Tuesday 8.30am to 3.10pm

Term-time only plus 2 days

The Priestley Academy Trust is a group of six Primary Schools within the Manningham area of Bradford. We are a dedicated and hardworking Trust and we aim to be at the forefront of new initiatives to raise standards and broaden the range of experiences for our pupils.  We are now seeking to employ an experienced individual to work at Margaret McMillan Primary School in order to complement the existing team.

Essential Criteria:

  • Must hold a GCSE Grade C/Level 4 or above (or equivalent) in English and Mathematics.
  • Must hold a relevant Level 2 qualification in Childcare and Education
  • Must have experience of working in a Reception or Nursery Setting and demonstrate a strong understanding of child development and the Early Years Curriculum including supporting children with SEND
  • Ability to establish and maintain positive relationships with children and their families.
  • Be a reflective practitioner, committed to ongoing professional development.
  • Be well-organised, able to use their own initiative, and work collaboratively as part of a team to ensure the best outcomes for all.
