The Governors, Staff and Families of The Lilycroft and St Edmund’s Nursery Schools’ Federation are seeking to appoint a highly motivated and capable Finance Administrator to join our administration team at St Edmund’s Nursery School.
As a Finance Administrator, you will work as part of our friendly admin team. The role will be varied, leading on the day to day finance functions across the business (including St Edmund’s and Lilycroft Nursery Schools, Bradford Birth To 19 and the SCITT). The role will involve working closely with the Executive Business Manager, supporting the budgeting process, monitoring, and overall financial management.
This is an exciting opportunity for a candidate with a strong administrative, financial background. The successful candidate will be committed to continuous improvement and professional development and will have the drive and ambition to take the role forward.
The successful applicant will have:
- Experience of using Microsoft Office (Word/Excel) and use of other databases
- Experience of finance processes
- Experience of FMS or a similar finance database
- Excellent literacy and numeracy skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Excellent communication skills
- The ability to work as part of a team as well as working alone
- Excellent organisational skills and the ability to work under pressure
