Salary: Band 8 SCP 17 - 22, Actual salary £10,590 - £11,503

The role will be to deliver an engaging daily programme of activities which will include monitoring and reporting on their effectiveness, developing strong relationships with parents, as well as leading and motivating a team of Care Club Assistants.
Our ideal candidate will:
Hold an NVQ Level 3 or equivalent
Strong communication, leadership, and organisation skills
Have previous experience working with children
Have an understanding of OFSTED requirements
Be inspirational, bringing fun and creativeness to the team
Be able to relate and engage with children aged between 5 - 11 years
Be a people person with good communication skills
Be reliable, motivated, innovative, adaptable and enthusiastic in all aspect of
Demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills and an ability to communicate effectively with a range of people, including parents/carers, pupils, visitors and staff.
