Crossflatts Primary School is a successful, inclusive and forward‑thinking two‑form entry school with a vibrant Nursery and a highly regarded Resourced Provision (RP) for Autism. We are now seeking an enthusiastic, passionate and dedicated Early Years Class Teacher to join our thriving team. This is a wonderful opportunity for a motivated individual who believes in the magic of early learning and wants to play a key role in shaping children’s first experiences of school.

What We’re Looking For

We are seeking someone who:

  • Has proven experience of teaching within the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).

  • Possesses a strong understanding of the Early Years curriculum and child development.
  • Creates a classroom environment that is warm, engaging and rich in opportunities for exploration.
  • Brings energy, creativity and a genuine passion for helping young learners thrive.
  • Is committed to inclusive practice and supporting every child’s unique learning journey.
  • Works well within a collaborative, supportive team and builds positive relationships with pupils, families and colleagues.
