Early Years Educator (Level 3)

Salary: Band 7, Scale Point 11-17 (£20,814 - £23,243)

Hours: 32.5 hours per week, term time only
Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 3:45pm

Start date: 23rd February 2026 (or as soon as possible after this date)

Contract: Permanent

The successful candidate will be someone who:

  • Is an exceptional Level 3 Early Years Educator who understands that the best classrooms are calm and purposeful, whilst offering fun, messy play to help young minds grow and make their biggest discoveries!

  • Is passionate about Early Years and who can contribute to an exciting, stimulating, child-centred learning environment both indoors and outdoors.

  • Can build positive relationships and communicate effectively with pupils, staff and parents.

  • Is flexible, proactive and a great team player

  • Is committed to promoting inclusion and helping every child to succeed.

  • Has a strong knowledge of child development and early years pedagogy.

  • Has experience and skills in supporting early reading and early mathematics development.
