Afterschool Club Assistant 

To start as soon as possible

Band 5, pro rata, term time only

Hours: 15 hours per week, 2.30pm - 5.30pm, Monday - Friday 

Fixed Term until 31st August 2026

Crossflatts Primary School is a very successful, inclusive 2 form entry school with a morning and afternoon nursery and a Resourced Provision (RP).

We are now looking for an enthusiastic and flexible individual to support our After School Club.

Vacancy Information

Duties:

  • To supervise pupils, on a 1:1 and/or group setting of primary age

  • To lead activities with pupils to keep them engaged and ensure they have a positive experience in the club both indoor and outdoors
  • To prepare food and help serve this to pupils, following food hygiene standards
  • Help with the preparation of activities and the initial set up each day of the club, under the direction of the Afterschool Club Manager
  • To build positive relationships with our pupils and parents/carers
