Full time, 30 hours per week - part time hours would be considered such at 4 days/24 hours per week

Band 4/5 depending on experience

Our Governing Body are seeking to appoint a highly skilled, dedicated, and experienced Learning Support Assistant to join our school to support the Class Teacher. The role will require someone who can offer whole class support and experience of working with primary age children is essential.

The successful candidate will:

• Have a compassionate and caring approach to working with children, parents and colleagues
• Have a minimum of 2 years’ experience of working with children at primary age
• Share the school vision and promote the ethos of the school
• Deliver learning and behavioural interventions, under guidance from the Class Teacher/SENCO
• Have the ability to work effectively as part of a team
• Effectively manage behaviours
• A commitment to nurturing success in every child.
• Be a cover supervisor or a willingness to undertake this qualification
