The Governors, Staff and Families of The Lilycroft and St Edmund’s Nursery Schools’ Federation are seeking to appoint a highly motivated and capable Administrator to join our administration teams at St Edmund’s Nursery School and Bradford Birth To 19.

As an Administrator, you will work as part of our friendly St Edmund’s and Bradford Birth To 19 admin teams. This is an exciting opportunity for a candidate with a strong administrative background to work in a varied role across two admin teams.

50% of the role will be working for the Bradford Birth To 19 Apprenticeship Academy. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in supporting the administration and coordination of our apprenticeship programs. 50% of the role will be working for St Edmund’s Nursery School, assisting with a wide range of admin duties and providing a warm, welcoming reception service when needed to our families, staff, contractors and visitors.

The successful applicant will have:

  • Experience of using Microsoft Office (Word/Excel/Powerpoint) and use of other databases.
  • Excellent organisational skills.
  • Excellent literacy and numeracy skills.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • The ability to work as part of a team as well as working alone.
  • Excellent organisational skills and the ability to work under pressure.
  • Commitment to providing high quality administrative support.
