Woodside Academy is a two form entry primary school which is part of the Leading Learners Multi-Academy Trust. We provide a supportive and stimulating place to work and study, where every child can reach their full potential.  We welcome all parents/carers to take an active part in their child’s education.

We need a leader who is:

  • An outstanding EYFS practitioner and has an extensive knowledge of Early Years.
  • Committed to raising achievement across EYFS.
  • Enthusiastic and forward thinking.
  • Well organised and creative.
  • Able to build relationships and lead a team effectively.
  • Able to work in partnership with staff, parents/carers and the wider community.
  • Committed to the safeguarding and wellbeing of all children.

The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate:

  • A good sense of humour and enthusiasm for the role
  • A positive, proactive attitude to the role
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Commitment to own professional development
