Salary: Band 4/5 SCP 3-6 (dependent on experience/qualifications)

Required to start September 2025

30 hours per week, Term Time only (initially for one year fixed term)

Vacancy Information

We are seeking to appoint a dynamic, enthusiastic and committed individual to join our team of teaching assistants. The role will involve supporting learning in the classroom, leading interventions and supporting small group and 1:1 learning.

The Successful applicant will need:

• At least two years’ experience of working with children, preferably in a classroom setting
• A calm and caring nature
• A flexible approach and the ability to use their initiative
• The ability to work successfully as part of a team
• A champion for children
• Excellence communication skills
• An understanding of pedagogy or someone who demonstrates the ability and drive to learn
