Oastlers school is looking to appoint an outstanding receptionist/administrator to delivery an excellent services to visitors, staff, learners and parent/carers.

You will have strong interpersonal skills to provide an efficient reception service as well as providing outstanding administrative support to the Attendance Officer.

The successful candidate will:

  • offer a high standard of customer service both on the phone and in person, with the ability to resolve problems
  • able to deal with visitors, parent/carers and learners in a professional manner, while at times de-escalating conflict
  • provide a high level of administrative support including word processing, managing visitors, monitoring attendance and operating school systems.
  • ensure policies and procedures are followed.
