Level 2 Teaching Assistant
Salary: NJC scale - B2 (6-7)
The hours for this post will be Monday to Friday (8.40am - 3.20pm).
St. Oswald’s C of E Primary School is a popular and successful school serving the community of Guiseley in Leeds.
The Governors of our School are seeking to appoint a motivated and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join our school to provide close support pupils with SEND from February 2025.
Vacancy Information
The successful candidate will:
Have NVQ 2 for Teaching Assistants or appropriate level of experience of operating in the classroom environment.
Have experience of providing close support to children in a primary setting.
Be able to work effectively with others to deliver high quality practice as part of the classroom and wider school team.
Have excellent communication, inter-personal and organisational skills.
Have a creative outlook and flexible approach.
