Horsforth Newlaithes is a vibrant and happy learning community with over 400 children aged from 4-11. We are a two-form entry school with extensive, well-cared for grounds, superbly located in a quiet part of Horsforth, on the outskirts of the city of Leeds.

Newlaithes is proud of its reputation as a caring and successful school which balances academic achievement with a nurturing and caring environment. The governors of the school are incredibly proud of the curriculum on offer which celebrates diversity, community, democracy and the environment. The school is part of the Horsforth Cluster, which works together to ensure consistently high standards of teaching and learning and we were rated ‘Good’ in the Ofsted inspection of July 2023.
