Pay range: L18-24 (£75,675 - £87,651)
Start Date: September 2025
We are seeking an inspirational, innovative, passionate, and committed leader to uphold and develop the school's safe and nurturing culture, and to realise the school's vision, values, and ethos. As the leader of our school community, you will model and promote positive attitudes and relationships amongst pupils, staff, and the local community.

At Pudsey Bolton Royd Primary School, we live our school values. You will lead a dedicated and passionate staff team to build upon our existing strengths; you will have a wonderful group of pupils who are engaged and enthusiastic and really enjoy being part of our school.
The successful candidate will:
- Demonstrate a strong commitment to promoting the ethos of the school, who will be approachable and visible around the school to children, staff, parents, and carers
- Motivate, inspire and develop staff whilst also ensuring their wellbeing is valued and promoted
- Ensure the school continues to sit at the heart of our local community and that its diversity is celebrated
- Recognise and nurture what makes our school unique and use this when taking the school to new heights.
