The governors of Fagley Primary School are looking to appoint an enthusiastic and highly skilled Assistant Headteacher. As Assistant Headteacher, you will form part of the Senior Leadership Team and be responsible for leading English and Inclusion across the school.
The successful candidate will:
Be an outstanding teacher with high expectations of what can be achieved and a proven track record in raising pupil attainment.
Have high expectations of all groups of children no matter what challenges they may face.
Can effectively coach, mentor and lead others
Have strong communication skills and is able to work as a member of a dynamic school team.
Have a passion for inclusion and the best ways to support pupils with additional needs.
