PRISM Youth Project are an independent school that caters for pupils aged between 11 and 19 with Social, Emotional and Mental Health issues as well as Mild Learning Disabilities and behaviour needs.

Prime Objectives of the post:
- Deliver Key Stage 3 projects to ensure robust induction and assessment processes and ensure the needs of all pupils are met with curriculum, extracurricular activities, and spaces provided.
- Ensure data is up to date and relevant to the needs of the project
- Deliver both in-house and outreach in the community.
