Office Administrator (Maternity Cover)

Salary: NJC Scale – B1 (SP4 - 6)

This is a temporary contract to cover a maternity leave commencing 6th January 2025 and expected to last for a year. The role is 16 hours per week, Term Time Only + 2 days. Working Pattern to be agreed with the successful candidate.

St. Oswald’s C of E Primary School is a popular and successful school serving the community of Guiseley in Leeds. The Governors of our School are seeking to appoint an Part-time Office Administrator to be the first point of contact for parents and visitors to our school.

The successful candidate will: 

  • Be a welcoming and friendly face at the front of our office.
  • Be an experienced administrator, preferably with experience of school software systems and school processes.
  • Be either a qualified first aider or willing to undergo the required training.
  • Be able to work in busy office environment and be to multi-task and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Show initiative and be willing to help to improve and streamline existing processes.
  • Be someone with good organisational, management and communication skills.
