Early Years Support Worker 

Band 4/5, SCP 3-6, £22,737 - £23,893

Fixed Term, Full Time, 37 hours per week,Term Time + 5 days 

The Lilycroft and St Edmund’s Nursery Schools’ Federation are looking for a passionate, enthusiastic and experienced Early Years Support Worker to become part of our amazing team. Our exciting, well designed spaces both inside and out, support an outstanding play-based curriculum and our excellent wellbeing package and training opportunities ensure that you will be supported to thrive alongside our children.

The successful candidate will:

  • Be enthusiastic, creative and committed to giving our young children the very best start in life
  • Have experience of working with children 0-5 in an early years setting or school
  • Have a calm, confident and patient manner
  • Be a good communicator with the ability to work closely with families and outside agencies
  • Be flexible and able to work effectively as a member of a team
  • Promote the federation’s vision, ethos and high expectations
