Due to unforseen circumstances we have two caretaker vacancies across the Bronte Academy Trust.
The vacancies are based at Haworth Primary School and Lees Primary School. Please specify within your application if you are interested in one site in particular or if you would consider the vacancies at both sites.
Band 5, SCP 6 - Salary negotiable due to option to rent the three bedroom bungalow based at Haworth Primary School at a significantly reduced rate.
Permanent - Full Time (37 hours per week, all year round)

Haworth Primary School and Lees Primary School are seeking to appoint a hardworking and flexible caretaker to join our incredible staff team.
We are looking for someone who:
- Is able to manage a team of premises staff
- Has a good, up to date knowledge and understanding of building maintenance
- Is able to prioritise tasks and manage projects, reporting back to the Multi Site Manager
- Has a strong work ethic and can manage their own time effectively
- Is willing to attend training and cascade this to their team
- Is personable and able to liaise with different professionals
