Learning Support Assistant to support pupils with Special Education Needs (SEN)- Fixed Term

Our Governing Body are seeking to appoint a SEN Learning Support Assistant to join our school.

The role will require someone who can offer one to one support for children with additional needs or work with small groups of pupils to support thier learning. 

Experience of working with primary age children with SEN is desirable. 

We require someone who: 

  • Has a compassionate and caring approach to working with children, parents and colleagues
  • Shares the school vision and promote the ethos of the school
  • Delivers learning and behavioural interventions, under guidance from the Class Teacher/SENCO
  • Has the ability to work effectively as part of a team
  • Effectively manages behaviours
  • Has a commitment to nurturing success in every child.
