Learning Support Assistant

Band 4/5 depending on experience. Pay range £15,063-£15,828 per annum (Based on 2023 pay grades with 2024 pay award pending). 

Required to start as soon as possible

29.25 hrs per week, term time only 08:45 - 15:15 Monday to Friday. Part time hours will be considered for the right candidate

Fixed term until 31st August 2025

Vacancy Information

Our Governing Body are seeking to appoint skilled, dedicated, and enthusiastic Learning Support Assistants to join our school. Experience of working with primary age children is essential and experience of working with pupils with SEND is welcomed. We are looking for the ‘right’ people who will be valued members of our community.

The successful candidate(s) will:

  • Have a compassionate and caring approach to working with children, parents and colleagues.
  • Share the school vision and promote the ethos of the school.
  • Deliver learning and behavioral interventions, under guidance. from the Class Teacher.
  • Have the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
  • Effectively manage behaviors.
  • Demonstrate a commitment to nurturing success in every child.
