Beckfoot Trust is seeking to appoint an outstanding Behaviour Support Worker with a proven track record of supporting young people in a secondary school setting.  We are ideally seeking candidates who can demonstrate relevant experience of working with young people whose learning may have been impeded due to a range of circumstances with a good knowledge of Behaviour management techniques, target setting and monitoring. Understanding of needs of students who exhibit challenging behaviour.
