Band 5, Point 4-6 (Actual Salary £17,460 to £18,048)

Permanent, TTO plus 5 days

Hours: 32.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday 8.20am – 3.20pm

We are looking for a teaching assistant  who is hardworking, enthusiastic with a passion for supporting the delivery of excellent outcomes for the pupils in our care.

‘Learning for Life’ defines the ethos and values of High Park as a school for pupils with Communication and Interaction difficulties. We have a unique place in the education system in Bradford and in providing a resource for pupils aged 3 - 19 who need our structures and approaches to learning.

The successful candidates will demonstrate:

  • A good command of the English language both written and verbal
  • A commitment to working within a multi-disciplinary team
  • A calm, positive and resilient manner
  • A desire to develop and implement a range of teaching and therapeutic strategies to support learning
  • Be flexible, using your own initiative when required and willing to undertake all professional development opportunities
