Full Post: 27.5-hour contract, 7.15am – 9.15am and 2.45pm to 6.15pm Mon-Fri, term time only

or

Part Time: 12.5-hour contract 7.15am – 9.45am Mon-Fri, term time only, with an option to work some additional afternoon sessions, ideally between 3.00 pm and 6.15 pm (to be agreed with the successful candidate)

To work in our very popular Care Club – a wraparound childcare facility for children attending.

Following the retirement of the existing postholder, governors seek to appoint an enthusiastic, caring Care Club Co-Manager to join the strong staff team working in our wrap around childcare facility.  The successful candidate will work closely with the recently promoted and experienced Deputy Manager to jointly lead our popular and successful childcare facility.

The successful candidate will:

  • Be passionate about delivering high quality childcare across the primary age range
  • Be a creative, organised manager who will make a valuable contribution to the life of our school
  • Have high expectations of the children, themselves and their staff team
  • Be willing and able to contribute towards the continued development of the Care Club
  • Be a caring, enthusiastic, well organised, and flexible team player, with excellent interpersonal skills
  • Have an interest in implementing operational systems change with the support of the wider administration team
  • Have a commitment to their own professional development
  • Support our school in our strong commitment to safeguarding children
