All Saints Church of England Primary School are looking to appoint 2 highly experienced, committed and enthusiastic Learning Support Assistants.
The successful candidate/s will need to demonstrate patience, perseverance and a flair for innovation and creativity in order to bring out the best in our children. We want to make learning irresistible for our children, families and staff. The successful candidate/s will join a highly skilled and flexible team who will work both in the classroom and with individual pupils across our 2 school sites:
It is essential that applicants have appropriate literacy and numeracy skills (GCSE English and Maths grades A-C or the equivalent) and have extensive experience of working with children who have complex needs in a school or other organisation.
We are looking for applicants who:
- Enjoy working with children and can bring out the best in them
- Have achieved a Level 2 qualification or equivalent
- Have excellent ICT skills
- Have a consistently positive approach to behaviour management
- Have a positive impact on the progress and attainment of children
- Have extensive experience of supporting children with complex additional needs
- Be creative and can contribute to the school’s overall vision and aims
- Have a good standard of English and Maths (GCSE Grade A-C or equivalent)
- Good team players with a sense of humour
