Our HR Department has recently undergone a major restructure, with the implementation of a new HR operating model that meets the current and future business needs of Bradford Council.  This is an exciting opportunity to join our team and contribute to and support the delivery of the HR Service plan and the wider Council Plan priorities.

Reporting to the HR Advisory Team Manager, the successful post holder will work as part of a dynamic team, delivering an effective HR Advisory service supporting managers and staff across the Council’s HR & OD Function and wider Organisation.

As a HR Advisor, you will provide specialist HR advice and casework support across the Council ensuring that the advice you provide is compliant with BMDC policies and the latest employment legislation, enabling leaders and managers to undertake their workforce related responsibilities. You will work closely with the newly established HR Service Desk in providing a high quality Workforce & HR Front Door service and providing coaching support to HR Service Desk and HR Operations colleagues.
