Carlton Mills is a new, rapidly improving primary school of around 330 students based close to the centre of Bradford. It is addressing a long record of under-performance at its predecessor school and leaders are confident that the school will soon become ‘Good’ and then ‘Outstanding’ in line with the Trust ethos of ‘Excellence for All’.

The school is an integral part of a diverse and very supportive local community, with parents/carers regularly welcomed into school to be part of their child’s learning journey. The Trust has recently introduced a new inspirational curriculum following the ’Real People, Real Places, Real Learning' agenda to bring learning and new opportunities to life. We also seek to create links to the local community/businesses to enhance and develop our broad and balanced curriculum, ensuring that our students have the highest aspirations within and beyond the communities in which they live.

We are seeking to recruit a hardworking, enthusiastic individuals to join our dynamic school team. The Teaching Assistant will ensure that the needs of our pupils are met. The ideal candidate will have a passion for education and the impact that good teaching can have on the lives of children and young people.
