We are looking for a nurturing Pastoral Manager who can make a positive impact on the lives of children who are struggling with their social, emotional and mental health. We need someone who cares and is proactive in engaging families to work in partnership with us to get the best outcomes for our children.

• A practising Catholic or someone willing to support the Catholic ethos and wider Catholic life of our school.
• A proactive individual and an excellent communicator.
• A creative practitioner who is passionate about working with children.
• A sympathetic and patient professional who is happy to support our families.

This is an exciting opportunity to be a part of our wonderful team during a growth phase in our school development.

The ideal candidate will:

• Work closely with internal and external personnel to provide support to pupils and families experiencing difficulties.
• Be sympathetic and supportive of families to develop strong links in our community.
• Liaise with relevant outside agencies to provide appropriate intervention for pupils and families.
• Provide information, advice and structured intervention programmes to help pupils make positive choices.
• Be positive and enthusiastic, have good sense of humour and work well as part of a team.
• Have positive interpersonal and communication skills.
