Permanent, Full time TTO plus 5 days

We are seeking to appoint a committed, highly motivated, experienced and enthusiastic Office Manager to support the school.

Haworth Primary School is set in the heart of Bronte country. We are a 1.5 form entry school for pupils aged 4-11. We also have a Nursery on site, offering part-time and 30 hour places, a Designated Specialist Provision for children with social and communication difficulties including Autism and our own Before and After School Club.

We need someone who:

  • has a good sense of humour, is approachable and can build positive relationships with parents, pupils and staff
  • has a good knowledge of an MIS, payroll systems, HR etc and can provide an effective and efficient comprehensive administrative service
  • has GCSE Grade C or above in English and Mathematics (or equivalent).
  • can support budget matters relating to the school including planning, monitoring, managing expenditure, evaluating, production of financial information to assist in the completion of internal and external financial requirements and audits, undertaking complex calculations as appropriate and accounting/banking etc.
  • has good communication skills with a caring and patient manner.
  • has a professional telephone manner with the ability to liaise with parent/carers, colleagues and external agencies.
