Salary: National Joint Council scale point 27 – 30 (full-time equivalent: £33,820 - £36,298). Pro-rata.

Owlcotes Multi-Academy Trust is a growing primary MAT based in Leeds. Our schools work closely together and have a genuine desire to provide an excellent education for all pupils. Owlcotes was founded in 2018 and has grown steadily. We are now at the next stage of our development and are looking to recruit a Trust Accountant to provide accountancy support within our central team.

Vacancy Information

The Trust Accountant will be responsible for delivering a first-class accountancy and financial service to the Trust and academies, including internal and external stakeholders. The finance team consists of a Chief Finance Officer (CFO) and two finance assistants. The role is planned for up to 35 hours per week, term time only. Hours could be worked flexibly to suit a preferred candidate.

Experience in the school or academy sector is desirable but not essential as full induction training will be given.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing Multi-Academy Trust and become a valued member of our central team. Our offices are located in in Pudsey and Armley.
