In addition, the successful candidate may have TLR responsibilities in Teaching and Learning; which is to lead, manage and develop the curriculum;
- To plan, implement and deliver an appropriate and differentiated curriculum for all pupils.
- To contribute to raising standards of pupil attainment.
- To monitor and assess pupil progress to improve their quality of learning and personal growth.
- To be responsible for whole school development of teaching & learning including whole school assessment
- To report to the senior team on the progress of teaching and learning across school
- To undertake the professional duties outlined above by having regard to national standards published from time to time by subject and other national bodies.

Co-op Academy Southfield is part of The Co-op Academies Trust and are co-located with Co-op Academy Grange, a mainstream secondary Academy in Bradford, West Yorkshire.
