Salary: £28,000 + Car Allowance and Incentive

CPOMS is the market leading software solution for monitoring Safeguarding, wellbeing and all pastoral issues.
Due to continued growth within the company, we are now recruiting for a Sales and Customer Engagement Consultant.
Vacancy Information
- To act as the first impression for new prospects, and current clients, as they move through the sales funnel.
- Work directly with marketing to discover opportunities from leads and set appointments from those leads.
- Provide a high volume of outbound calling and emailing to prospective clients.
- Manage the sales enquiries/orders and action all correspondence accordingly.
- Use of strong selling and influencing skills to set up qualified appointments.
- Understand CPOMS solutions enough to provide a high level introduction.
- Updating and maintaining customer database using Salesforce.
- Prepare and deliver weekly and monthly updates to the Sales Managers.
- Contribute to monthly PowerPoint presentations for team meetings.
- Delivering the highest levels of customer satisfaction both internally and externally.
- Contributing fairly to all departmental goals.
- Responsible for achieving individual sales related goals and customer engagement
- Responsible for representing the Company at events and to generate new business
- Responsible for delivering demonstrations and training of CPOMS products online and in person
- Responsible for providing timely calls, emails and comprehensive notes on our CRM including after delivery of demonstrations and training sessions
- Responsible for raising brand awareness, generating new business and networking at events
- Responsible for working proactively in-line with the departmental goals
- Responsible for sharing best practice and customer feedback to the team and relevant departments to enhance the customer experience
- Communicate with the Sales and Customer Engagement Administrators
- Responsible for effective time management of appointments and the needs of the business
- Responsible for attending and contributing to team meetings
